Your privacy is very important to us and we are committed to maintaining your trust. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

 

1. Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

 

This Site automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) requested. This information may be used to improve the overall user experience.

Clients should read and sign our Data Protection and Processing Agreement for more information, and to ensure their own GDPR compliance with respect to third-party data processors. 

 

5. Integrated Email Communications

 

You may choose to integrate your email into ReloTalent’s communications system, allowing you to send emails from the platform. All of the emails you send from ReloTalent will also appear in your sent folder, meaning that you can still communicate effectively outside of the platform. The means that ReloTalent will have access to some information about your emails, like the email address you’re sending from, the email addresses of your recipients, what’s in the subject line, and what’s in the body of the email. We’ll only use that access to power your ReloTalent email integration and make life easier for you. We will never use any of this information for our own purposes. You will always be able to delete specific emails from ReloTalent. You will always be able to make adjustments to your email settings in ReloTalent at any time, to further control, or stop, the email integration.

Gmail integration

By using the ‘Gmail Integration’ with ReloTalent’s communication system you will grant access to information associated with your account for the purposes of composing emails from Gmail directly within ReloTalent, and reading the answers to such emails. As such, the communication system will be able to read, modify, create, and send emails from your connected Gmail account. The communication system will only retrieve replies to the emails which you have sent from the ReloTalent interface, in order to provide you with notifications and access within ReloTalent. The communication system will store replies, outgoing mail, email headers, subject line, distribution lists, aliases, time sent, and email bodies from these messages only. Your email may contain sensitive information, such as names of your contacts, your private communications, or financial or medical information. You understand that the correspondence sent from ReloTalent, and the replies to these emails, may be visible to other users with access to your ReloTalent environment if they have the appropriate permission.

 

If you connect your Gmail account via IMAP (or Generic Inbox Connection), the communication system will have access only to email address, password, server information, email metadata, and message bodies.

Additionally, connecting your Gmail account via IMAP does not require you to connect any other G Suite applications.

 

Notwithstanding anything else in this Product Privacy Policy, if you provide ReloTalent with access to your Gmail data using the Gmail Integration, our use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

• We will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and to enhance the email experience for productivity purposes.

• We will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

• ReloTalent will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for ReloTalent’s internal operations when the data have been aggregated and anonymised.

 

Outlook Integration

If you use the Outlook integration with the ReloTalent, the communication system will have access to information associated with your account for the purposes of composing emails from Outlook directly within ReloTalent, and reading the answers to such emails. The communication system will only retrieve replies to the emails which you have sent from the ReloTalent interface, in order to provide you with notifications and access within ReloTalent. The communication system will store, replies, outgoing mail, email headers, subject line, distribution lists, aliases, time sent, and message bodies. Your email may contain sensitive information, such as names of your contacts, your private communications, or financial or medical information.

You understand that the correspondence sent from ReloTalent, and the replies to these emails, may be visible to other users with access to your ReloTalent environment if they have the appropriate permission.

Generic Inbox Connection (IMAP)

If you connect your email account via IMAP (or Generic Inbox Connection), communication system will have access to information associated with your account for the purposes of composing emails from your email provider directly within ReloTalent, and reading the answers to such emails. Additionally, connecting your Outlook account via IMAP does not require you to connect any other Microsoft applications. The communication system will store, replies, outgoing mail, email headers, subject line, distribution lists, aliases, time sent, and message bodies. Your email may contain sensitive information, such as names of your contacts, your private communications, or financial or medical information. You understand that the correspondence sent from ReloTalent, and the replies to these emails, may be visible to other users with access to your ReloTalent environment if they have the appropriate permission

The Site may contain hyperlinks to and from other Internet websites, which may have different privacy practices. Please read the privacy policies of the other websites you visit.

 

7. Modification

 

The terms of this Privacy Policy may be revised, changed and updated from time to time, without notice to you.
