Main responsibilities​

Create, design proofread and optimise marketing and on-boarding content and programs

Collaborate actively with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure deadlines are met and high quality content is delivered

Create and publish engaging content including Video formats.

Liaise with other content writers and relevant teams to ensure brand consistency

Optimise content according to SEO

Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics

Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)


Skills & Experience​

Proven work experience as a Content manager

Excellent knowledge and practice of MS Office and/or OpenOffice

Good technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing

Hands-on experience managing digital channels

Good social media experience (LinkedIn essential, Twitter very welcome)

Good knowledge and practice of design tools (SketchApp, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Ideally BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field


Personal skills​

Proactive, positive attitude, good team player

Good communication and organisational skills

Attention to detail

Excellent writing skills in English is a must

Fluency in French or Spanish is very welcome

Required experience​

Ideally 3+ years of related experience as Content Manager, Web merchandiser etc.
